Hope Church is seeking a dependable Facility Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for services, events, and daily operations. This hands-on role requires initiative, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

The position involves setup/teardown, cleaning, stock management, and assisting volunteers. Schedule includes 15-20 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required; candidates should be able to lift and perform routine maintenance tasks.

• General cleaning and facility upkeep; basic maintenance (painting, appliance servicing).

Responsibilities

• Facility setup and teardown for services and events.
• Unlock and secure the building as assigned.
• Post-event cleaning and restocking of areas.
• Maintain entrances, restrooms and common areas.
• Grounds maintenance and outdoor upkeep.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
• Provide oversight for volunteers when assigned.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely.
