James River Church in Ozark, MO is seeking a maintenance team member to support the South Campus. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager on day-to-day facilities needs, following approved work plans and maintaining maintenance and preventive records.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, completing checklists, coordinating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping tasks, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of two or more facilities trades.
• One year of maintenance-related experience.
• On-call availability for Sunday & Wednesday services.
• Shift from 6 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Follow work plans to meet facilities objectives.
• Receive and track work orders and maintenance records.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists and reports.
• Measure, monitor, analyze, and improve to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
