Job summary

Churchfront in Melbourne, FL designs and installs AVL systems for churches nationwide. You will build, wire, and test racks in the shop, then install on site, pulling cables, mounting displays, and terminating connections until the room works.

This hands-on role rewards precision and offers room to grow within a team that values craftsmanship. You should be able to lift 50 pounds, work at height, and travel for projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AV installation experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Familiar with reading plan sets and building from them.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically by air.
• Willing to learn Dante, DSP platforms and network configuration.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire equipment racks before shipment.
• Pull and terminate audio, video, network, and DMX cables.
• Mount and align displays and speakers; work from ladders.
• Assist with system tuning and DSP presets.
• Label, document and photograph what you built.
