The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a Safety Manager and holds CHST certification, OSHA 510, ASP or CSP. Experience with major construction projects, regulatory familiarity, and the ability to train staff and coordinate with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

• Create / Edit safety plans to fit project requirements.
• Be on-site to implement the safety plan.
• Train on-site staff in safe construction practices.
• Coordinate with client to manage the safety program.
• Prepare daily safety reports for management and client.
• Oversee all safety concerns for ongoing projects.
