Mills Auto Group is looking for a Chrysler Certified Technician to join our team as a Leader of the shop. Location: Classic CDJR Lancaster, Lancaster, SC

Position: Full Time - Manager role overseeing other technicians.

If you are the best technician you know, we want you. We need a good leader to help lead our technicians to greatness. Our shop is brand new, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled with fast doors, and has 18 bays.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently, following dealership policies
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chrysler Level 3 technician
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learner, good communication skills, customer service skills
• Team player, computer literate, able to operate diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
