You will perform dialysis treatments, assess patients, monitor during therapy, document diligently, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless shifts and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; current CPR
• Prior dialysis/renal nursing experience
• Strong patient care skills including cannulation and phlebotomy

Key responsibilities include providing dialysis treatments, performing patient care assessments, monitoring patient status during therapy, and documenting accurately while partnering with the interdisciplinary team.
