Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of dialysis experience.

What does aN Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse do?

As a newly appointed Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse at Renaissance Management Company, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering dialysis treatments, and closely monitoring patient vital signs throughout the process. You'll collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving.

Your full-time schedule will consist of four days a week, with approximately 10-hour shifts that adapt to patient census needs. Staggered start times will provide variety in your workday, while rotating weekends will enhance your overall experience and teamwork. With no on-call requirements, you’ll have the flexibility to focus on your patients and develop your expertise in a supportive environment dedicated to excellence in healthcare.

The Acute team travels to Rush Copley in Aurora, IL and 5 Northwestern Hospitals (Delnor, CDH, Marianjoy, Kishwaukee, Valley West)
