Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for its Chaparral, New Mexico facility. You will provide essential nursing care, collaborate with the nursing director, and ensure compliance with ICE directives and health standards.

Requirements include an LPN license in NM or a compact state, CPR certification, and a high school diploma. Six months of related experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program; current NM or compact state license.
• Must possess CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assistance for ill or injured individuals as directed by the nursing director.
• Support infection control and chronic care management per clinic standards.
• Assist in training staff on infection control and chronic care measures.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care after inmates are released from the facility.
