Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide targeted support to chronically absent students.
• Maintain an active caseload and document outreach, interventions, referrals, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with families, campuses, and community resources to address barriers to attendance.
• Monitor attendance data and progress; adjust interventions as needed.
• Prepare attendance-related letters, reports, and PEIMS data for state agencies.
