Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a Regional Manager to lead Chromebook initiatives across the assigned region, with Atlanta as the work location. You will recruit and coach District Managers, align field activities to program KPIs, and partner with the National Manager to drive sales, retailer advocacy, and product sellout.

The role requires strong leadership, travel within the region, and the ability to manage payroll, timekeeping, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 to 8 years of management experience in retail, merchandising, training, and/or field marketing of people and product.
  • Multi-unit management experience preferred.
  • Superior leadership abilities with effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships within the Region, clients, and retailers to understand and exceed mutual goals.
  • Coach and provide performance feedback for new and tenured employees; scheduling and execution of visits and reporting.
  • Manage DM activities to meet/exceed sales and project goals; train on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate regional performance reporting, payroll, timekeeping, and visits; ensure compliance.

Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a remote Regional Manager role representing Chromebook! Pay: $67,500 + 10% annual bonus Do you see the future of technology unfolding before you? Are you a maestro who can harmonize the melody of sales success, retailer empowerment, and customer satisfaction across a diverse region? If so, the Chromebook Program seeks your leadership as our Regional Manager! In this transformative role, you'll have direct oversight of the District Manager Team in the assigned Region, reporting directly to the National Manager (NM). The RSM will motivate, direct, and coordinate the sales and merchandising activities of their assigned DM's to ultimately drive retailer advocacy and product sellout. The RSM will be responsible for hiring and onboarding top-talent DM's, coaching and counseling on performance, and building partnerships with retail partners. The RSM will work closely with the NM on reporting and tracking performance metrics to goals, and make necessary strategic moves to improve performance, where needed. Additionally, the RSM is responsible for the Region’s compliance; including payroll, timekeeping, DM cadence, and visit reporting. Perform all other duties as assigned. The RSM is required to travel within the assigned area on a regular basis to effectively build relationships, ensure best practices, and implement 2020 and client strategies to drive sales, consumer engagement, and brand awareness.   • Contribute to the team’s success by using in-depth industry and team knowledge to provide insights into field issues on a regular basis, such as "red flags", rep productivity, product/display concerns


Job Description


  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships within the Region, clients, and retailers, to understand and exceed mutual goals

  • Responsible for coaching and providing performance feedback for new and tenured employees; including training, scheduling and execution of visits, completion of all reports, and overall performance to goal

  • Use storytelling capabilities to support client and internal partners with monthly presentations, via Slidest, to recap team performance and productivity

  • Manage, motivate, and coordinate DM activities to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals

  • Ensure proper DM training of sales techniques, products, policies, etc.

  • Manage a quarterly contest budget for their region along with execution of contesting and upholding the integrity of the prizing qualifications

  • Contribute to the overall team’s success by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed

  • Serve as the main point of contact for DM’s within the region


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree a plus 5 to 8 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, and/or field marketing of people and product

  • Multi-unit management experience preferred

  • Fundamental understanding of design to execute presentations, weekly emails, and team communication

  • Superior leadership abilities with effective, solution-driven, professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment

  • Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity required

  • Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets throughout the region and work flexible hours

  • Consistent infield presence may be required
