In this critical role, you will support the success of the Chromebook Program by leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting for Chromebook categories
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support data analysis tools and reporting processes
• Review and improve business processes and requirements
• Conduct post-mortems on promotions to identify improvements
• Provide insights for quarterly plans and executive presentations
• Collaborate on dashboards for program metrics
• Develop system design specifications
• Formalize business cases and project plans
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders

Performance Measures

• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Complete projects on time and within budget
• Manage external service costs
• Deliver functional requirements and gain acceptance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related
• At least 3 years in data analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with data querying, cleaning, and transformation
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player adaptable to client-driven environments
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R (a plus)
• Familiarity with statistical analysis platforms (a plus)
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership
