In this role, you will support the success of the Chromebook Program by leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making, analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting for Chromebook categories
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support data analysis tools and reporting processes
• Review and optimize business requirements and processes
• Conduct post-mortems on promotions for improvement
• Provide insights for quarterly planning and executive presentations
• Develop dashboards to enhance visibility into program metrics
• Guide development and testing with design specifications
• Formalize business cases and present to management
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

Performance Measures

• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Complete projects within deadlines and budgets
• Deliver functionalities and gain acceptance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3 years in data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data querying, cleaning, and transformation
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Team player adaptable to client-driven environments
• Experience with SQL, Python, R (a plus)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis platforms (a plus)
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership
