Cardinal Staffing Services in Toledo, OH seeks a dedicated Chrome Plater to apply flash chrome coating to metal components, improving appearance, corrosion resistance, and surface durability. The role requires attention to detail and mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

The position offers $18/hr, health/dental/vision insurance, and monthly production bonuses. Shifts: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM to 12:00 midnight, with 40–50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and basic counting/math skills are required.
• Prior manufacturing or plating experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chemical baths and plating solutions to ensure proper concentrations and performance.
• Set up, operate, and adjust plating equipment according to production requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues or process concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety regulations.
