Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented lab technician to join a manufacturing team responsible for packing and testing ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables. You will follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and support production schedules.

You have strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills, with GMP/ISO awareness and a willingness to learn lean improvement tools in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biotechnology preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP) and ISO requirements is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and qualification of resin products on specialized instruments to meet customer demand.
• Record and report test results accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Complete complex production work-orders according to established procedures.
• Analyze data, derive conclusions, and prepare reports based on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines and corporate quality policy to ensure high-quality standards.
• Follow EH&S safety requirements and actively participate in safety improvement activities.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose countermeasures.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
