Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Christmas driver in Farmington Hills, MI to deliver and pick up bell ringers and kettles on an assigned route. You will maintain the vehicle, keep maintenance logs, and report safety concerns to your supervisor.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a chauffeur's endorsement, Safe From Harm training, and you must be at least 18 years old. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity supporting our holiday mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred), or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• At least 18 years old

• Deliver and pick-up bell ringers and kettles on an assigned route
• Maintain vehicle(s), being sure it is cleaned and prepared for next use
• Keep accurate maintenance and mileage logs, report any safety or maintenance needs for the vehicle
• Communicate any problems to supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
