ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Speedway Christmas Setup Crew is responsible for the set up and tear down of the Speedway Christmas Light Show. We are looking to hire individuals with a passion to make Charlotte Motor Speedway a Christmas wonderland.

This is ashort-term assignment(s) for the following dates:
Setup Crew will run October 13th through November 20th
Tear Down Crew will run January 4th through January 15 th
HOWEVER, this individual may have opportunity to become a member of the Events Operations Part-time Crew after Speedway Christmas Project ends in 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work involves moderate to heavy work outdoors in all types of weather. (heat, cold, rain and snow). There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years old with High School diploma or GED with a valid driver’s license and clear driving record. One (1) year event operations experience in a large event facility a plus.
