Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required for teaching roles.
• Wisconsin teaching credential or willingness to attain one.
• Minimum of 12 teaching credits after 3 years.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience; urban experience a plus.
• Experience with school platforms and technology for virtual learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily instruction plans aligned with goals.
• Use diverse, differentiated, and research-based instructional methods.
• Conduct interim assessments, track progress, and analyze data.
• Participate in faculty meetings, PD, and school events.
• Teach or assist with after-hours activities and scholar recruitment.
