Job summary

Centricity Music in Franklin, TN is seeking a Creative Director to lead and shape Centricity Publishing's creative strategy. You will cultivate artist relationships, oversee writer development, and drive ministry and revenue opportunities for the roster.

You will collaborate with A&R, producers, and managers across the Christian genre and beyond, guiding vision, feedback, and schedules while represent Centricity Publishing at industry events.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in Creative Publishing or label A&R.
• Established industry relationships and knowledge of the music business and songwriting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and able to handle confidential information.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Centricity's roster of staff and artist writers.
• Provide vision, strategy, encouragement, and support for Centricity songwriters.
• Deliver constructive song feedback and critique to writers.
• Coordinate with A&R teams, producers, and managers for co-writes.
• Attend industry events to support Centricity artists and writers.
• Foster relationships with industry professionals (A&R, publishers, producers, managers, artists).
• Represent Centricity Publishing at PRO Awards, Dove Awards, and panels.
• Plan and execute writing camps and retreats.
• Identify and deliver revenue and ministry opportunities for Centricity Publishing.
