The role includes training staff in mentorship strategies, goal setting, trauma-informed care, and accountability, plus facilitating safe, respectful relationships and spiritual growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3 years experience with youth or related human services preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution and trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program.
• Coach and support staff in youth engagement and mentorship.
• Monitor environment to ensure safety and structure; maintain records.
• Lead devotionals, prayer and spiritual growth activities.
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents as needed.

Education

Associate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Service, Youth Ministry or related field
