Responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes aligned with MMS curriculum and goals.
• Create a classroom environment supporting spiritual, academic, emotional, and social growth.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials for individual and small-group needs.
• Integrate biblical worldview into instruction across subjects.
• Maintain records and progress reports, assess student achievement.
• Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and school activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship in residential settings as needed.
