Job summary

Mercy Multiplied is seeking a part-time Education/Residential Operations assistant in Nashville, TN to supervise students, handle resident intakes, and manage monetary transactions for the residential program. The role emphasizes Christ-centered care and mentorship within a supportive team.

The position offers 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hourly pay of $22–$24. A strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skill set is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Education and Residential Operations in the classroom by supervising students.
• Process new resident intakes and manage daily logistical check-ins, including monitoring and processing passes.
• Supervise and manage all monetary transactions and accounts for residential program.
• Provide transportation and mentorship for essential resident needs, using drive time and daily interactions as opportunities to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with residents.
