Job summary

Mercy Multiplied America Inc. seeks a Medical Services Manager to oversee clinical operations and medical records for residents, merging medical care with compassionate discipleship to foster healing and transformation.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Tennessee nursing license or an Associate of Science in Nursing with LPN licensure. Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, full-time, with a salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Tennessee Nursing License, or Associate of Science in Nursing, must be a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience with medical record-keeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Licensure Regulations for Childcare Agencies and Maternity Homes set by Tennessee Department of Human Services.
• Evaluate medical complaints, determine treatment options, and provide basic medical care.
• Supervise maintenance and organization of all medical records.
• Schedule residents’ medical appointments with appropriate doctors; accompany residents to medical appointments; communicate doctor orders to pertinent staff and residents’ guardians when necessary.
