Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Arts in Educational Leadership or three to five years of related experience with Principal Licensure.
• Experience in educational leadership and working with elementary/middle school teams.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Christ-centered lower school culture where students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
• Partner with the principal and teachers to monitor assessment data and identify learning gaps.
• Support teachers by analyzing student needs, suggesting instructional strategies, and coordinating supports.
• Assist with academic support systems, progress monitoring, and family communication.
• Help develop chapel programming and student leadership opportunities.
• Supervise students and support daily school operations to maintain a safe learning environment.
