Qualifications

• Requires personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Valley Christian's faith and mission.
• Must uphold Valley Christian’s Statement of Faith and Mission & Beliefs.
• Attends and supports a local church consistent with school values.
• ACSI Standard Certification within one year of employment
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Speech curriculum using approved methods and school scope.
• Integrate biblical worldview into instruction and learning.
• Minister to students through teaching, mentoring, and prayer.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain safe, orderly classroom and accurate records.
• Develop and revise lessons aligned with standards and expectations.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with faculty to support student success and curriculum.
