WellSpring Counseling - Columbus is seeking a Community Mental Health Director to launch and lead a community-based team offering high-quality behavioral health services. Candidates must have an MSW and preferred LISW along with a passion for health services and spiritual leadership. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program development, and building partnerships within Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW, LISW, supervisory designation preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing behavioral health services.
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Launch and stabilize the WellSpring Community Outreach (WSCO) program.
• Ensure adherence to CARF and OHMAS standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinical and support staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Lead staff in prayer and spiritual formation.
