Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the CHR program, coordinating care across medical and behavioral health teams within tribal health services. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive CHR training program for entry-level staff.

The Nurse Manager will oversee care coordination, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes within a collaborative care framework across primary care and behavioral health providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license from Montana or compact state.
• Two years nursing experience; chronic disease management preferred.
• At least three years supervisory/management experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Certification in Care Coordination preferred; required within one year of employment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the CHR training program for new CHRs.
• Coordinate medical care between CHRs, providers, and the primary care team.
