ChoralArt is seeking a part-time Chorus & Operations Manager to support rehearsals, performances, and programs. This role emphasizes hospitality, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure a smooth experience for singers, staff, and audiences.
Reporting to the Administrative Director and working with the Music Director, you will manage member administration, schedules, call times, and volunteer coordination, with remote work primarily and in-person attendance as needed.

Reporting to the Administrative Director and working closely with the Music Director, the Chorus Operations Manager serves as an important point of connection among ChoralArt’s singers, staff, volunteers, venues, and community partners. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative skills with a welcoming, service-oriented approach and takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating a smooth experience for others.
This is a year-round, part-time position averaging 8–10 hours per week, with hours fluctuating around auditions, rehearsal cycles, performances, and special events. Administrative work is primarily remote, with in-person attendance required for designated ChoralArt rehearsals, concerts, and events.
