Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is hiring a retail associate in the Phoenix area to warmly welcome customers, assist with product selections, and process payments accurately. You will help stock merchandise, participate in merchandising activities, and contribute to a clean, friendly store environment.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in customer service or retail, and are comfortable handling cash.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and use hands regularly.
• Experience handling cash and performing basic transactions.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and providing friendly service.
• Assist customers with product selections and information.
• Accurately process payments by totaling purchases and handling cash/credit.
• Help unload, stock, and merchandise products on the floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with other tasks as directed.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and deliver great service.
