Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Salesclerk to ensure customer experiences in our stores meet our quality standards. You will greet customers, assist with product selections, and process payments with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, restaurant or fast food environment is preferred.
• Customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and operating a cash register.
• 1 year of retail experience recommended.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist customers with product selections and offer recommendations.
• Accurately process payments and handle checks, cash, and cards.
• Prepare and supervise in-house production of items like caramel apples and fudge.
• Unload, receive and stock merchandise; merchandise display duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising tasks.
• Contribute to team efforts and complete tasks as directed.
