Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to run and set up production machines, ensuring safety and quality standards are met on a daily basis.

You will monitor production, coordinate changeovers, and help maintain equipment with basic preventative maintenance, while keeping detailed logs and supporting a clean, safe work environment. Weekend rotations and lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• The ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Basis mechanical skills.
• Actively participate in group discussions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of assigned machine(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine and material to ensure product quality; report problems promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis to problem solve and minimize downtime.
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks on machinery.
