Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to participate in group discussions and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance, lubrication and inspection tasks on machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine operation and material for quality and production standards; report issues promptly.
• Assist with simple preventative maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and log results in the system.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and report downtime, resolutions, and maintenance.
