Job summary

Norman Love Confections is seeking experienced pastry cooks to join our Chocolate Production Team. This full-time role maintains a Monday–Friday day schedule in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, producing ultra-premium confections.

You will operate and monitor production machines, handle ingredients and molds with care, keep a clean workstation, and collaborate to reach daily goals. Must communicate in English and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry and food production/manufacturing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with fast, accurate work.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Novelty chocolate production and/or bonbon production machines.
• Handle ingredients and molds with care and precision.

Norman Love Confections is currently looking for someone to join our Chocolate Production Team. This is a full-time position, and our chocolate production team typically works Monday through Friday (day shift), however, hours may vary during peak times based on the needs of the business.

• Good attention to detail and fast accurate work skills
