Job summary

You will translate concepts into scalable manufacturing processes, run factory trials, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to deliver innovative, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science/Technology or related field, MD in Food science ideal.

Responsibilities

• Translate product concepts into defined process flows, unit operations, equipment needs, mass balances and scale-up plans.
• Design and execute factory trials with clear hypotheses, protocols, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Operations to deliver manufacturable chocolate/confectionery solutions.
• Support shelf-life validation and continuous improvement in industrialized production.
