Job summary

You will monitor production, maintain equipment, and complete shift documentation while ensuring quality through proper form completion and adherence to SOPs. This role requires standing for long periods, weekend work during peak season, and strong AX/Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft AX, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fill out material worksheets.
• Fill out all quality forms.
• Consume in the system (AX) material used during production and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the work center.
• Match retain sample with actual production (quality validation).
• Train and instruct temporary employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of equipment, and keep area clean and organized (5S-GMP).
• Perform department shut down procedures.
• Inform supervisor of problems (equipment, material shortages, formulas, employees).
• Complete labor and production reports.
• Run efficiently and follow all procedures for job responsibilities.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Cross-train in all positions within the department.
• Ensure continuous operation across shifts (tag in/out).
• Promote continuous employee empowerment.
