• Proficiency in working cross-functionally with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, QA, R&D, Regulatory, Project Management, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and commercialize packaging for new and existing products.
• Lead distribution testing and packaging performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Procurement, Creative Services.
• Maintain packaging specs, pallet configurations, and procedures.
• Oversee packaging design and efficiency at co-packers in Northern California.
