Job summary

Ashers Chocolate Co is seeking an Enrobing Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) to operate enrobing and cooling tunnels, manage melters and tempering units, and record critical quality data. The role requires adherence to GMP guidelines and accurate material handling under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities include using the ROSS ERP system to issue materials, coordinating with kitchen and packaging, and assisting with production scheduling and equipment changeovers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend in English.
• Experience with GMP/quality guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate enrobing and cooling tunnels and associated melters.
• Record critical quality information (temperatures, weights, chocolate temper).
• Issue raw materials to production jobs using the ERP system (ROSS).
• Direct hourly associates on assignments and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and equipment changes.
