Job summary

Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco's Mission District is hiring a Caf and Retail Associate for our 16th Street Cafe and Factory. You will enjoy learning about chocolate origins, processing, and how our chocolate is made, while delivering thoughtful service of drinks and pastries.

As an associate, you’ll become an expert taster of our drinks, treats, and bars, and will train with Ritual Coffee Roasters. This full-time role starts at $21/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Weekend & Weekday Availability.
• Great Interpersonal Skills.
• Previous experience in guest service.
• Language Skills.

Responsibilities

• Coffee & Chocolate Excellence: deliver high-quality drinks and chocolate experiences.
• Guest Service: provide attentive, friendly service to customers.
• Systems & Processes: follow procedures and help with cafe operations.
• Team-player: work collaboratively with staff to maintain smooth service.
• Other tasks as necessary.
