Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver premium customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and support sales goals while upholding Lindt standards.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays, with compensation in the $15.00–$16.50 hourly range. This position emphasizes exceptional service, product expertise, and a commitment to a premium Lindt experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
• Basic math skills for daily POS and transactions.
• Prior retail experience in a specialty environment preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and meet sales goals through strong service and product knowledge.
• Adhere to dress code and Lindt selling standards; upsell and focus on sales.
• Promote marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor product issues and escalate to management as needed in a timely manner.
• Participate in store operations including cash handling, paperwork, and vendor logs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform stocking as needed; ensure pricing and date codes are correct.

It is this passion for Lindt, knowledge of our product and commitment to our brand that keeps customers coming back time and again.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:SalesConsistently contribute to the store's ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plan by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrated product knowledge and Lindt specific selling skills.Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the store's sales mission on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals such as ADS, conversion and other key performance indicators.Model Lindt standards through everyday activities such as Dress code, up-selling and sales focus.Demonstrate personal commitment to achieving store's targets by consistently promoting current marketing programs and utilizing company provided resources intended to optimize selling activity.Monitor and escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.Operational ControlsAs part of the store's team, take ownership and actively participate in ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to.Cash Management (POS, Paperwork, Vendor Logs, Policies & Procedures)Take initiative to re-stock shelves as needed, monitoring date codes and pricingPerform store maintenance & cleaning as directed. Maintain store cleanlinessComply with all Quality Assurance policies & proceduresQualifications & Requirements:Skills & Knowledge:Ability to interact positively with customersBasic math and/or accounting skillsAbility to take direction and execute work effectivelyExperience:Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environmentRegularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAbility to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with armsEducation:High School Graduate or equivalentOther Requirements:Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and HolidaysTotal Rewards:Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions.
