Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a chiropractor to provide adjustments, IMJT and rehab exercises at Life Time facilities. The role offers a 30-minute 1:1 visit model, a cash-based session approach, and flexible scheduling after hitting revenue targets.

The position emphasizes patient care, marketing on the fitness floor, and building a strong patient base with long-term treatment plans. Expect weekly hours >50, including Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patientvisits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions - avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e.reducework daysor clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year

• Marketing- engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor
• Selling- getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan - includes presenting financial care plans to patients

What it takes tosucceed:

• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations - usually takes 6 months
• Committed to marketing (i.e.demos of our soft tissue technique)

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
