Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing network of clinics in California. This part-time role offers Sundays and Mondays, with potential to grow hours based on clinic needs.

You’ll perform exams, adjustments, educate patients, and help maintain patient records with support from a franchise model. We provide company-paid malpractice insurance, a supportive environment, and the freedom to focus on delivering quality care while building relationships

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Passing scores for NCBE Parts I–IV; NBCE SPEC exam acceptable as Part IV alternative.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state and eligibility for malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and performing exams.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal system and spine to diagnose conditions.
• Perform manual spinal adjustments and related procedures.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and suggested treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient histories and records.
• Arrange and review diagnostic X-rays when medically needed.
• Analyze X-rays to locate issues and rule out fractures or diseases.
• Build positive doctor–patient relationships and ensure timely records.
• Support sales efforts for membership packages.
