The Joint Chiropractic in Gilroy, CA is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a part-time role with weekend availability. You will deliver routine chiropractic care in a patient-centered, supportive clinic environment to help improve lives.

You will conduct exams, adjust spine and joints, educate patients on care plans, and maintain precise records. This position includes growth opportunities, comprehensive training, and company-paid malpractice insurance through a franchisee of The Joint Corp.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV or SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
