The Joint Chiropractic in Longmont, CO is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our full-time team. This role focuses on delivering routine chiropractic care, reviewing patient histories, performing spinal and joint adjustments, and educating patients on treatment plans.

You will work in a franchisee-owned practice with a stable schedule; weekend availability is required. Compensation starts at $83,000–$88,000 per year, with 401(k) matching, PTO, health/vision/dental/life, disability

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or SPEC exam)
• Valid DC license in the applicable state

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV (or recent SPEC exam)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
