Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver principled, subluxation-based chiropractic adjustments.
• Conduct Day 1 and Day 2 exams, including consultations, exams, X-rays, and Reports of Findings.
• Educate patients on the 5 Essentials and corrective care model.
• Perform posture, mobility, neurological, and digital assessments.
• Create and execute individualized care plans based on findings.
• Deliver Reports of Findings and Progress Reports with clarity.
• Perform re-exams and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain SOAP notes and EMR documentation.
• Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab or adjunctive therapies.

• Create and execute individualized care plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver Report of Findings and Progress Reports with confidence and clarity
• Perform re-exams and update care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and EMR documentation
• Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab, decompression, or adjunctive therapies as applicable
