Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Lakeville is seeking a high-energy, friendly Associate Chiropractor to join our fast-paced clinic. We specialize in chiropractic care, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, laser therapy, and wellness services.

We welcome new graduates and value coachability, excellent communication, and teamwork. We train in every area of practice success and support you with community outreach and building referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree is required.
• Pediatric certification (ICPA) suggested but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical operations of the clinic.
• Perform community outreach.
• Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers.
• Perform consultations by reviewing health histories, asking questions, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis and movement assessments.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments to the spine and other joints as needed.
• Utilize modalities including progressive rehab, spinal decompression, laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
• Educate patients on benefits of chiropractic care and outline a treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories.

HealthSource Chiropractic of HealthSource Chiropractic of Lakeville is looking for a high-energy and super-friendly, Associate Chiropractor to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love through chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. We train and support in every area of practice success

We practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics; all with the focus of providing better patient outcomes. We also welcome applicants who have experience with any or all of these techniques- Doctors with at least two years of experience, and doctors who have previously owned their own practice and realize the value of a team should feel free to apply!

Required:

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support the clinical operations of the clinic
• Perform community outreach
• Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
• Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
• Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
• Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
• Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
