The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our Chattanooga clinics in a full-time or part-time capacity. This role focuses on delivering high-quality routine chiropractic care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Compensation includes a base rate of $35/hr for TN-licensed DC, with additional bonuses of $5–$10/hr based on volume and care adherence, aiming for an annual salary of $80,000–$90,000+. Schedule flexibility and paid malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college required.
• Passing scores on NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (Part IV acceptable via NBCE SPEC) required.
• Valid, active DC license in Tennessee required.
• Malpractice coverage eligible in TN required.
• Georgia license a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients: review health and medical histories; question, observe, and examine; review X-rays as indicated.
• Evaluate the spine and neuromusculoskeletal system using chiropractic diagnosis.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care.
• Recommend a course of care and hand off to front desk staff for plan and payment conversations.
• Record patient histories and visit documentation as indicated.
• Build positive, lasting doctor-patient relationships.
• Contribute to clinic growth by pursuing KPI targets.
• Maintain reliable transportation and availability to cover shifts across Chattanooga-area clinics.

Chiropractor – Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Chattanooga, TN area clinics

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Compensation & Benefits — Full-Time or Part-Time DC, The Joint Chiropractic – Chattanooga:

• Starting base rate of $35/hr for a TN-licensed DC (DC licensed in both TN & GA will start at a higher base.)


• Volume and Performance/Sales-based bonuses typically add $5–$10/hr, for a potential full-time salary range of $80,000 to $90,000+


• Bonuses paid bi-weekly, based on clinic volume and your ability to help patients commit to a recommended care plan


• Part-time schedule is typically 1–2 weekdays plus 1–2 weekend days (20–32 hrs/wk)


• A clear path to full-time for interested DCs as clinic needs grow (full-time runs 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, roughly 38–40 hrs/wk)


• Flexible scheduling — several DCs on staff makes swapping and covering shifts easy


• Company-paid malpractice insurance ($1,000–$1,600/yr value)

• Seven and a half paid holidays when they fall on your scheduled workday: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (half day), and Christmas Day

Chattanooga, TN area (Hixson, Northshore, Hamilton Place, Cleveland — plus Fort Oglethorpe, GA for GA-licensed DCs)

Clinic hours: 10 AM–7 PM M–F and 10 AM–4 PM Sat–Sun (closed for lunch 2:00–2:45 PM M–F)

What You’ll Do
