Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a Chiropractor. This full- or part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a patient-friendly setting. You’ll work across our Chattanooga-area clinics with support from a Medical Director and operations manager.

Candidates must hold a TN license, have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and pass NBCE Parts I–IV (SPEC acceptable). A Georgia license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college is required.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV with NBCE SPEC allowed as alternative to Part IV.
• Valid, active TN chiropractic license is required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage in TN is required or accessible.
• Georgia license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple Chattanooga-area clinics as needed.
• Consult with patients; review health history and examinations.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and educate on care plans.
• Develop, document, and hand off care plans to front desk staff.
• Build doctor–patient relationships and contribute to KPI targets.
• Maintain transportation readiness to cover shifts across locations.

Education

Chiropractor – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Chattanooga, TN area clinics

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Compensation & Benefits — Full-Time or Part-Time DC, The Joint Chiropractic – Chattanooga:

• Starting base rate of $35/hr for a TN-licensed DC ( DC licensed in both TN & GA will start at a higher base.)


• Volume and Performance/Sales-based bonuses typically add $5–$10/hr, for a potential full-time salary range of $80,000 to $90,000+.


• Bonuses paid bi-weekly, based on clinic volume and your ability to help patients commit to a recommended care plan


• Part-time schedule is typically 1–2 weekdays plus 1–2 weekend days (20–32 hrs/wk)


• A clear path to full-time for interested DCs as clinic needs grow (full-time runs 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, roughly 38–40 hrs/wk)


• Flexible scheduling — several DCs on staff makes swapping and covering shifts easy


• Company-paid malpractice insurance ($1,000–$1,600/yr value)

• Seven and a half paid holidays when they fall on your scheduled workday: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (half day), and Christmas Day

You’ll adjust, not administrate. Our clinics are supported by a dedicated Medical Director, a full-time Operations Manager, and an engaged franchise owner, so you can focus entirely on your craft. You'll also have the support and mentorship of experienced fellow DCs to help you deliver the high-volume, high-quality care we’re known for — with front desk staff handling all plan and payment conversations after you recommend care.

Location: Chattanooga, TN area (Hixson, Northshore, Hamilton Place, Cleveland — plus Fort Oglethorpe, GA for GA-licensed DCs)
Clinic hours: 10 AM–7 PM M–F and 10 AM–4 PM Sat–Sun
(closed for lunch 2:00–2:45 PM M–F)

What You'll Do

• The ideal candidate would be will to cover any of the 5 area locations as needed.


• Consult with patients: review health and medical histories; question, observe, and examine; review X-rays as indicated


• Evaluate the spine and neuromusculoskeletal system using chiropractic diagnosis


• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations as clinically appropriate


• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care


• Recommend a course of care and hand off to front desk staff, who complete the plan and payment conversation


• Record patient histories and visit documentation as indicated


• Build positive, lasting doctor-patient relationships


• Contribute to clinic growth by pursuing our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets


• Maintain reliable transportation and availability to cover shifts across our Chattanooga-area clinics when needed

• Passing scores on NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (a recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative to Part IV)


• Valid, active DC license in Tennessee
