The Joint Chiropractic seeks a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) for full-time or part-time roles across multiple clinics. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 with monthly bonus potential up to $3,000, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

You will deliver routine wellness care in a high-volume, insurance-free model, focusing on patient care, education, and building lasting relationships with patients and clinic staff. New graduates are welcomed and supported to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited institution and active state license.
• Malpractice insurance eligibility and valid credentials.
• Strong communication and patient-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced walk-in clinic.
• Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) – Full-time or part-time available across multiple clinics. Salary range: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00. Additional bonus potential up to +/- $3,000 per month.

Position Summary

You will be part of a team changing the face of chiropractic in a high-volume practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community, helping to make routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible. The role supports a learning environment and provides the necessary backing to focus on patient care.

The Opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to determine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations as necessary.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories and obtain/record patients’ medical histories as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze results to locate sources of difficulty.
• Provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits; maintain high-quality patient care and records.
• Enter chiropractic visit notes into electronic records.
• Ability to provide a high volume of chiropractic adjustments daily using diversified techniques and drop tables.
• Educate patients on maintenance benefits and reasonable lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as necessary to support operations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active state chiropractic license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, routine wellness care.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Weekend availability (at least some) is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged — we’ll set you up for success.
