The role emphasizes evidence-based chiropractic treatments, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical environment.

Formación

• Active New York State chiropractic license – Required.
• DC degree from an accredited program.
• 1+ year in home health, outpatient rehab, orthopedics, or private practice preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in home health.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
• Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the inter-disciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on posture, stretching, and injury prevention.
• Communicate scheduling and clinical needs with office staff.

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to provide individualized, evidence-based chiropractic care to patients in the comfort of their homes in East Amherst, NY 14051 and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.

• Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance overall function.

• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.

• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Active New York State chiropractic license – Required

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics, or private practice preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.

• Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and case assignment.
