Job summary

Homeside Rehab in New York seeks licensed chiropractors to join our home health team, delivering evidence-based chiropractic care in patients' homes. You will evaluate, treat, and educate to improve mobility and reduce pain while coordinating with physicians.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), competitive hourly compensation, and a supportive clinical team. A NY DC license and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, or Private Practice preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance overall function.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.
• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.
