Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York seeks a Professional Tutor for the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Long Island Branch Campus. This part-time, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, to fit student needs.

The Tutor provides in-person or virtual support, leads small group and 1:1 sessions, shares study strategies, and reinforces coursework.

Formación

• Chiropractic Degree graduate with NBEs.
• GPA requirement per program guidelines.
• Demonstrated tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and support students via 1:1 and small group tutoring.
• Provide content-based activities and study strategy guidance.
• Review and reinforce course content for clarity.
• Document tutor activity and maintain records; use WCOnline.
• Collaborate with faculty for assignment clarification and guidance.
